The popularity of mind, body and spirit books, shows that people are really doing a lot of spiritual soul-searching. I am talking about a genre that is positive. Spiritual individuals have been described as wacky, alternative and most certainly slightly 'woo woo'. Yet these mystic individuals hold the key to unwravel the modern day pariah of the stressful, difficult, urban life.
